Dominion Health and Fitness is a physical therapy facility accredited by the U.S. Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services located in Clintwood, Virginia. DHF is also a certified Virginia Health Club gym. We offers a wide range of therapy services, wellness equipment, classes, and products. We accept all major insurances and workers’ compensation claims.

DHF was established in 1999. Bernard Dhas, our physical therapist, bought the business in 2005 after working at DHF for 6 years. He has been working in Dickenson County as a physical therapist since 1995 and is well-known around the area. DHF stays invested in the local community by supporting the schools, local organizations, and charities. DHF is also a certified gym for SilverSneakers & RenewActive fitness programs. 

We are a tailored, individualized treatment center. We provide personalized payment plans to benefit the local community by DHF. DHF is a member of APTA, VPTA, Dickenson County Chamber member, and more.
